Anyone younger than 12 years old, I'm afraid they will not be able to keep up with the targets launched from our Laporte Machines.

Never done archery before, will I be ok?

Yes. We teach instinctive archery using safe arrows. Most people pick this up very quickly.

Do you have left handed bows?

Our bows are ambidextrous.

What type of arrows do you use? Are they Safe?

We use specially designed safety foam-tipped arrows.  Only equipment provided on the day can be used in a battle.

What is a 'Repurposed' safe arrow?

When our Battle Archery arrows white and/ or black foam have deteriorated from the tip. Some are still safe to shoot (but hurts a little more) but we class them as no longer safe to shoot another person. Therefore they are repurposed for target shooting only (for Safe Archery and Aerial Archery). This is following with our ethos of recycling and reusing items which are not end of life, but end of use for within our company. They are still able to be used and still are safe, but for other activities we do not use them to shoot other people.

Our area is on a flat grassy pitch of land. We are able to accommodate wheelchairs and we have instructed people with a range of disabilities.

If special arrangements may be necessary, please let us know in advance and we will take reasonable steps to assist.

Spectators are welcome but must follow our safety rules and must not enter the gamezone. Children between 12 and 17, a parent or Guardian must remain on site and in proximity during their session.

We have a 2 day cancellation policy.

We want you to have a fantastic experience with us, but there are some days where the weather can make Aerial Archery impossible.  If it is too windy, we will not be able to run Aerial Archery as the wind will just carry the flying targets away. If this happens during the session, we are able to adapt the session as appropriate. If we deem the weather to be too windy a few days before, we will contact you to reschedule your session.

If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given advance warning of up to 48 hours, unless the voucher has not been redeemed or is past its expiry date. If cancelled on the day, I'm afraid you will lose your activity slot.

We have a BBQ area for private group bookings only (stag, Hen parties, birthday groups and corporate). Please contact us to reserve this area.  You will need to provide your own food and charcoal. If you do use our BBQ area, please tidy up after yourselves. Thank you.
