Battle Archery® is a new and exciting game, which is tactical and extremely fun for all.
It’s a cross between Archery and Paintballing, but without the pain!
With our bows and foam-tipped safety arrows, this exciting action-packed game offers multiple mission scenarios and the ultimate archery experience.

We have two active game zones. We will fill up one game zone first before opening up the second.

What to Expect
The activity lasts around 2 hours. You will be required to sign a disclaimer, and for participants under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf. You will be given a quick intro and safety briefing before getting to the fun part! Children between 12 and 17, a parent or Guardian must remain on site and in proximity during their session.
Please see the calendar availability and book in online. A deposit is required at time of booking, the remainder can be paid on the day. If booking as a stag, Hen Do or private party, the special person goes for free. Please remember to place a message in the message box or we won't know it's a party, Any balance must be made on the day. We accept cash and debit and credit card payments.
If you have a voucher, please let us know when booking (provide your Security code, or serial number and pin code if applicable).
We will run our activity at your location provided that we have written permission from the owner of the area, that it is private land and we have assessed the area for any dangers.
We provide a free 10 mile radius for us to travel to you without additional cost. But if the location is further away, then we will charge £0.45p per mile traveling expense to your location and back.
Minimum group size is 6. We can host up to 45 people in our game zones with advance notice.
What should I wear?
Please wear footwear suitable for the outdoors, you may get muddy. Wear something comfortable and loose enough to allow for a full range of movement. Something you do not mind getting dirty.
Please do not wear anything you could lose during the session e.g. rings, ear rings, expensive watches etc.
Who can participate?
Anyone over the age of 12 can participate if they can pull back the bow. We have junior bows available if children struggle with our larger bows. If you have an ongoing arm, back or shoulder injury you may wish to speak to your doctor before taking part.
Children between 12 and 17, a parent or Guardian must remain on site and in proximity during their session.
Please contact us if the child is between 8 and 11 years old for private parties.
Never done archery before, will I be ok?
Yes. We teach instinctive archery using safe arrows. Most people pick this up very quickly.
Do you have left handed bows?
Our bows are ambidextrous.
What type of arrows do you use? Are they Safe?
We use specially designed safety foam-tipped arrows. Only equipment provided on the day can be used in a battle.
Our area is on a flat grassy pitch of land. We are able to accommodate wheelchairs and we have instructed people with a range of disabilities.
If special arrangements may be necessary, please let us know in advance and we will take reasonable steps to assist.
Spectators are welcome but must follow our safety rules and must not enter the gamezone. Children between 12 and 17, a parent or Guardian must remain on site and in proximity during their session.
We have a 2 day cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the session due to inclement weather, however conditions would have to be pretty extreme for this to happen.
If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given advance warning of up to 48 hours, unless the voucher has not been redeemed or is past its expiry date. If cancelled on the day, I'm afraid you will lose your activity slot.
We have a BBQ area for private group bookings only (stag, Hen parties, birthday groups and corporate). Please contact us to reserve this area. You will need to provide your own food and charcoal. If you do use our BBQ area, please tidy up after yourselves. Thank you.
Do you allow alcohol?
We allow alcohol on site, but this is not for consumption whilst you are participating in the activities. We will not allow anyone to participate if they are under the influence as this is dangerous and a health and safety risk.
Do you have food on site?
Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park has a wonderful café which serves hot food and drinks. After your activity, you are welcome to enter the park to get some food
Toilet facilities are currently based inside the park. Please come to us to gain entry stamp to use their facilities.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site.
